The dreaded days of winter can be rough. It’s a good thing we’ll be all over the place the next few months to get us through those winter blues! Check out the list of events below to see where we’re headed, and don’t forget to stop on by to say hello if you’ll be in town!

 

AppSec Cali
Santa Monica, CA | January 24-25

We won’t be in attendance for this one, but, we’re proud to be a sponsor of AppSec Cali! The event is a one of a kind experience for information security professionals, developers, pentesters, and QA testing professionals from around the world, to gather at the beach to learn and share knowledge and experiences about secure systems and secure development methodologies.

 

Bsides
Philadelphia, PA | February 1

Our first attended event of the year will be taking place right in our backyard, at Drexel University! Join us at this Information Security Conference to create awareness for security topics within the Philadelphia region. Become part of a conversation that includes researchers, professionals, and practitioners alike. We’ll see you there!

 

PennApps
Philadelphia, PA | February 2 -3

Jumping one campus over, join us at Upenn for PennApps, also known as the original college hackathon! Both beginners and experts alike will work together, learn, and compete to become better engineers and work on awesome projects. We’ll be there helping out. We look forward to seeing the amazing ideas everyone comes up with.

 

FemmeHacks
Philadelphia, PA | February 8-9

Next up we’ll be headed to FemmeHacks, Philly’s first all-women collegiate hackathon! FemmeHacks is a beginner-friendly hackathon whose goal is to inspire, teach, and empower women in the Philly tech community. We love it when women inspire each other and we’re excited to see how the weekend unfolds.

 

PyTennessee
Nashville, TN | February 9-10

Making our way down south, we’ll be headed to Nashville to discuss all things Python. PyTennessee is a developer-focused Python conference with talks ranging in skill level  from beginner to advanced, and on topics from web development to data science and machine learning. It’ll be a busy two days full of keynotes, speaking sessions, professional development, and more, and we can’t wait to be a part of it all!  

 

DeveloperWeek SF
SF Bay Area | February 20-24

Next up we’ll be headed to the West Coast for Developer Week in the SF Bay Area. Join us and 8,000+ developers, engineers, software architects, dev teams, managers and executives from 70+ countries as we discover the latest in developer technologies, languages, platforms, and tools. We’ll be there all week so make sure to come drop on in and say hi!

 

Net/Work Philly
Philadelphia, PA | February 26

It’s back to Philly for us for the NET/WORK event. NET/WORK is a technology job fair showcasing vibrant companies seeking talent, and talented people seeking work. Austin, TX | March 8-18

Up next, we’re off to keep Austin weird at the SXSW conference! The conference focuses on the forward-thinking innovations of today and what experts and innovators project will be trending tomorrow. This is our first year at SXSW and we can’t wait to take part in all of its festivities!

 

PostgresConf
New York, NY | March 18 – 22

It’s back to the East Coast for us to attend Postgres Conference in the Big Apple! PostgresConf is the largest annual gathering for the Postgres Ecosystem, and is a week-long series of events centered around People, Postgres, and Data. We’re excited to be a part of it this year, and look forward to seeing you there!

 

Apache Roadshow
Fairfax, VA | March 25

Making our way down the East Coast, we’re off to D.C. for the ApacheDC Roadshow. With one day, two rooms, twelve presentations, two keynotes, and a career fair, it’s sure to be a jam-packed day of events!
